Today was a day of active birds

I saw more birds today than I've seen since October

Not at the rookery though.  The rookery was silent today.  I actually did the puzzles while I waited for a bird.  No dice.

Lots of running water though.

At the farm the animals were outdoors with their winter coats on.  There was also a flock of doves in Beth's tree.  They weren't pigeons, they were doves.

I say two hawk, I think both red tailed, in completely different towns.  

There were several chickadees around.  And I saw some bluebirds in this brush, too.

This guys chest is really white.  I wanted to follow him, but I wasn't close enough.  And at the birdfeeders at the end of the road there were several different song birds.  I want my own birdfeeder.  I think I'm going to get one.
