Today it was slushy

I saw 2 hawks flying in front of me.  I could not identify either of them.

Today's ride was short and kind of dramatic.  Greenfield did not get hit very hard by the storm, but the skies surrounding it were impressive;  I ate lunch at the Green River and took in the winter colours.  They were stunning today.  I need a new sweater knit with amber and maroon cotton.

all of the big ice shields were gone and the streams and river were running fast.

and all of the nests in trees were visible to the world.
