I continue to be amazed by how much I cannot see

Today I counted 13 babies in  6 of the nests.

Here is Dad, Mom and 2 babies who look more like ducks than herons at the moment.  LOL

First time I've watched the sunset in a while.  It started off uninteresting and bloomed.  It was still growing when I left, but the mosquitoes were the size of hummingbirds and I couldn't take it any longer.  

Craving

not so much touch

but embrace

not so much hug

but surrender

protection.

Being swallowed

by my inner most
