A day at the Salon

Today Ask Miss Amie joined us at The Lava Center Salon. She is doing tarot readings. Look for her on the weekly calendar.

Sarah and Billie came up this morning to see the show.  They hung out until I was off and we got some lunch.  Its so interesting how natural it feels to hang out.  Wish we all lived closer. 

The rookery was perfect tonight.  I got up there around 5 and it was 76 and I left a little after 6 and it was 70.  The adults were very active and the babies were really noisy.  Some big birds came by, I couldn't tell what they were, I think vultures.  Two of the adult herons flew over to them and made it clear they weren't wanted.
