Day 184

Sweet love, so glad to see ya.

I watered the plants and did some laundry before I had to leave for work today.  It was a special day at The Lava Center, a new show went up by Cathe Janke.  I collected everything I needed including a dry towel and got in the car.

Dead, or would not turn over.  The lights and the wipers worked, but the engine just went click.  I am so devastated by that sound. I am so dependent on my little, extremely old car.

I texted Vanessa and she came to get me.  It was a good day at work, in spite of the rain we got 30 people and a few none of us knew and who were interested in the space.  Very sweet.  Cathe's family came, too.  I really like them.  

And we had a surprise visit from EJ.

They were great and joined the party.

The weather was similiar last year.  I'm not going to be able to go out and shoot the sunset or the rookery tonight so I posted last year's.  I can't go to the rookery, wanh.  Oh well, just for posterity it was 61 today and rainy.
