Day 216
August 4, 2021
We lost our Mother 11 years ago today.
Only a very small ride today up to the rookery. The only really visible birds were the kingfisher who were very playful.
The trees are already turning there and today was quiet and cloudy and not very warm. I didn't stay long.
It was a work day and I didn't get out to take too many photos. I did see a flycatcher in the graveyard and a cardinal pair flying in unison. I saw 2 red tailed hawks above the driveway, but very little else.
I spent a lot of the day sad and quiet and not wanting to involve myself in much. So I don't have much to say tonight except, always respect your own grief.
