A day of different photographs

We had a special visitor at the Salon today, he accompanied Em from Picture Purrfect Photography to do a photo booth.

Kingfisher was very busy on the other side of the rookery.  As usual I had the wrong lens on me, but here he is.  I swear he's gotten bigger this summer. 

Took the little ride.  I think it comforts me.  I didn't see anything all that different, but a horse there, a goat there and a cow there makes me know my world is still around. 

Clouds were stunning all day long, layers upon layers of them.

I didn't catch the sunset, but I got to see the faintest colors in the sky.
