Happy Anniversary David and Verena 

Good evening, world, what a gorgeous day.  After my nap I drove up into the hills about 4:30.  It was lovely.  71 and clear.

I saw several bluebirds and crows, but not a lot of anything else.  Oh yeah, a lot of mosquitoes.  I think a fresh crop were hatched right next to my car in my driveway.  All of a sudden there were  20 of them.  I killed several, pushed several out the door and got bit once.

Di and I had a date to go to the Fair, but I just didn't feel as though I could handle it.  We'll try again tomorrow evening.

Earlier I felt like my nervous system was being vacuumed up.  After 2 fish taco I felt a little better, but I'm going to bed early.
