Day 269
September 26, 2021
Another Sunday

A new friend, she is so cute and sweet.
Fall is definitely here, leaves are changing in patches.  It's going to be interesting to see how this year's weather effects the change.
Anyone know what bird built this nest?  It has this wonderful veil hanging from it made of pine needles.

The swamp maples were past peak.

I haven't seen the sheep out all summer long.  There were a few out tonight in the field by the road.  They are so cute.  There was a lot of livestock out today.  I saw the goats and said hello and the horses were right under the setting sun.

There were also a lot of big birds.  I had an owl fly in front of my car and a line of birds were chasing a red tailed that was screeching.  They were all flying very high including the vulture pair up on S. Shelburne that I have been photographing.

I looked to see if the otters were around at the rookery, but I only saw ducks.  The colors were interesting though.

No pink in the sky, yet, but the golden light made it look like the Hudson River Valley instead of the Berkshires.
