Day 293

A day of people and not nature.

I really did just hang out with people today.  I spent most of the day feeling as though my brain was made out of scrambled eggs and I actually managed to articulate what was making my heart fill up and feel pressured which allowed it to recover a little.  I did get a little work done and I know what needs to be done this week.  I felt a little connection with the team and.

I got to see my EJ.  I also got to see Willow who has not made an appearance with me since the new kitty arrived.  But we loved Willow today, which was nice.  Doesn't she look like a grumpus in that picture?  She is such a lovely cat. 

And the moon is full.  And so am I.  I am overdone.  Tonight I am grateful for
