Last days of Mesa garden

This week Charmae and I are hanging the Community Art Show at Lava Center.  On Saturday there will be a light opening.  If you are around from 11 to 1 please come.

The gardens near Mesa have been a wonderful source of beauty for me this year.  I could almost do a calendar of the garden for the town.  Such a lovely asset.  

Short visit to the rookery this afternoon.  Winter is beginning to appear.  We've had 2 frosts now.   The geese are in the water.  I still have not seen any otters or muskrats this fall.

I'll make the real ride tomorrow to look for birds.  Then Thursday and Friday maybe work days for me.  I also feel that this manuscript is gelling.  Maybe change is happening.
