The most important part of my life is my relationships.

Today's ride was around 2 and I brought a turkey avocado sandwich to the rookery and looked over bright blue water.  There is a pair of ducks in that first picture.  Can't identify them.  

I could identify the horses, but at the beginning of S. Shelburne turn there were two animals I could not identify. I think they are goats, but not sure, the sun was too bright.  It was glorious. 

I really saw very little on the circuit today.  It was 39 degrees at 2 and it was beautifully bright, but very little to look at.  Surprising, not even the cattle, I didn't see them at all.  And no big bird.  But what there was was a sense of peace which I needed.  It has been a few days since I was up at the rookery, or alone just looking.  I felt my cells relax.  It was important to do.  Intentional stop and breath.

Little time with EJ.  Went to watch the sunset in the cemetery.  It wasn't spectacular, but it was great company.
