There have been a lot of really cool people with birthdays this week

I took a very short ride up the hill.  These were taken a half hour before sunset.  It looked like we wouldn't get any color.  So I came on home.  At 5:30 I looked up and the sky was brilliant.  I did not catch it.  But I love how these three came out.

The first day of herons was March 17th last year.  That's not very far away.  Big birds are appearing once again.  I saw a turkey vulture today.  Apparently he's been around all winter long.  

I'm going to bed to read.  It took 4 hours to get my computer going again tonight.  Once I get the house secure I'm looking for a new laptop.
