Day 64

First day of Spring programming.

Went to go to work this morning and this chickadee was trying to get something inside my bathroom.  My guess is there was a spider on the other side of the window.  I also think he was modeling for me.

There were several people standing in the Common for several reasons, including in support of Ukraine.

Today was our first program Salon since Christmas.  It opened up our Social Justice and the Media and Arts 3 month series.  Program today was called The Ear by Christian McEwen and it was about experiencing being truly listened to.  About 20 people showed up at once.  Christian does the listening one on one, so she made a waiting room.  Those who came chose to put their chairs in circles and truly listen to each other while waiting for Christian.  I'm not sure everyone got a turn, but everyone participated.  She's coming again next week.

  

Emily,  Moxie and Theo haven't visited in a while.  Moxie immediately went to the back table, took out some art supplies and made things on her own.  

I came home to a cardinal.  I probably should have gone for a ride, but I needed a nap.

Birds are coming to life for sure in the backyard.
