Earth Day

Why I love Greenfield 

Went to the rookery before 9 this morning, before the y.  It was gorgeous and not overly busy.  It's waking up and there were wind gusts and a bright sun and 54 degrees already.

After the Y I got some lunch and went for a short ride up Green River Road.  I hadn't been on it since January when it was closed.  I didn't stay long, just got to take in some of that beginning green.  I love the color of the water. 

Earth Day celebration in the Energy Park and a pretty sweet group had congregated.  Greenfield is full of all sorts of people who come out for these events.  Annie H. got friends to join her on the stage and sing her song.

I didn't stay long, I went over to the Voo and met Denise for our b'days celebration.  Nice to see her and I want to be together more often, but not inside noisy restaurants.
