Day 114
April 24, 2022
This series could become my signature photos.

Today was kind of a very special day, I hadn't seen Gab in 20 years and yet I always felt we belonged near each other.  I had that same synced feeling the minute I saw her.  I want to have her back in my life more regularly.

I came back from Brattleboro and I went and took some photos at the Most Dangerous Women rehearsal.  It starts soon and is going to be really good.

I went up to the rookery around 4:30 and I stayed for over an hour.  Apparently, the juvenile eagle that we have seen a couple times is making a home here.  That's a little nerve wracking.  The herons are making their feelings known, but the increase in ducks makes it a very appetizing site.  Nobody has seen the nest yet, but there have been many sightings.

Young muskrat came for a visit.  I haven't seen them in a couple weeks, again it was nice to know they were alright.  Do they eat duck eggs?  I think there must be a lot of duck eggs around.
And there are at least 20 heron, maybe 22.
