Day 121

Turtles at Highland

A long day of picture taking; a long beautiful day.  What perfection?

Noontime is not a good rookery photo time, but it certainly was nice to be there.  I got a few turtle shots.  I saw one duck and all of the nests had birds in them.

I think I want to practice shooting horses, they are really fascinating muscular systems.
This is the new library construction site.

You can see all the signatures on the beam.

Beautiful, although dangerous women crossed in front of my lens today, between me and that stunning rhododendron
And the orchards...
Highland Park was coming alive.  There were 6 turtles on turtle log, and there were 2 at the rookery.  Turtle day.

And I worked 4 to 8 at Tom Swetland's art opening.  He had a good turn out and sold some and I think people had a good time.  I may have found a band to play on Thursday evening, too.  All together the day was quite perfect.
