Day 125
May 5, 2022
May we feel gratitude in abundance
No ride, no poetry, no herons, and hang time with David cancelled. Thus, it was a completely unconventional day; no routine at all until I went to work.
I was greeted by this cardinal early on this morning. I heard him announce the day and then while sipping tea he came and fluttered right outside the porch screen. When I went to leave he called out all the way to the mailbox and back again.
I actually tried to take a decent photo of V. They did not come out well at all, but I like the first silly one. I like being silly with V.
On the streets of Greenfield today I bumped into people, I am such a sucker for a baby. He was having lunch with his mom and granddad at Just Roots. Very fun.
I did not get out after this to catch the sun setting so I don't know if there was any red in the sky at all. Lovely day and leaves have popped and pollen is out. Yes, lovely day.
