Day 143

7 years ago today I was given this computer because my old one had been freezing up just like this for the 2 weeks previous.  Mid May doesn't seem to be good timing for me.

Very sweet in the rookery today.  It was 71 and sunny and calm.  I went to the pool this morning and had to take it really slow, but I did it.  I went and stared at herons for a bit, too.

This is a slow road to being well, but I think if I just stay slow and intentional I will be fine.
