Day 148
May 28, 2022
Happy Birthday, D.! I love you.
It was almost a normal day today. I began to feel back in my own footprints.
The weather was a little unpredictable, a little unstable, and kind of beautiful. The rookery at 3 was damp, potentially stormy and about 70.
This limb, which was half a tree, came down in what look like a wind event, not lightening. I managed to miss all of the storming though.
This evening I went to chase rainbows, but found none. I did find pockets of mist sitting in the crevices of the hillsides.
It was very pretty. By the time I got home there was some signs of pink skies, but by that time I wanted to rest my eyes again.
Summer is upon us, if I had someone to eat a grilled steak with, I would this weekend. I think I could almost endure steak and asparagus, ummm, and watermelon. YUP.
