Day 155
June 4, 2022
Our June show opened today.

Nice turn out today at Words On Words, a community art show of words, words about words and words about images.  Most of the artists came with a few friends and stayed and ate strawberries and heard Michael's presentation.  I really enjoyed it.

At the rookery at 530, it was 80 and sunny and dry with a small breeze.  Mr muskrat was bringing new green shoots home to the babies, I believe.

It was peaceful up there, many of the adult herons were out fishing and the babies were on their own, their heads sticking up into the blue sky.

I didn't see many animals today.  The horses weren't out, these cows were far from the normal place, there were no turkeys, nor vultures; it was very subdued in the hills today.
