Happy Birthday, Kaia

I got to spend the day with my bestest

Bike was a little small for them and I don't think they needed the training wheels, but I did feel back at the circus.

I love this tree and there is usually wonderful wildlife in it, but today there were too many humans close by.

At David's we ate watermelon and pistachios, 2 perfect foods. 

EJ, Di and I had dinner out, which was a treat.  Made me very smiley. 

Then I went for a ride into the hills just before sunset.   The adult birds were retuning home the nests and babies were so noisy.  I'll have record for people.  It really is amazing.

He tried to land in the wrong nest and was promptly told to leave.  He did find the right one though.  They really are fun to watch.

There were no ducks around, no hawks, a few song birds, but 7 seems to be heron time.
