Day 162
June 11, 2022
Jean O. Whiton's 103rd
Happy Birthday Momma

It was a great parade.  A band set up in front of the Pushkin and when there wasn't a band playing in the parade they would play.  They stayed until after 1.

Lots of people marched, lots of organizations were represented.  Almost all the schools were there.  Very cool turn out.

I didn't catch everything, but I got a lot.  The weather was wonderful, too, not overwhelmingly sunny, but clear and not too hot.

This town is great.

And as usual, plenty of dogs marched.  I think I could do a poster of the dogs of Main St.

Sweet 90 minutes at the rookery where it was partly cloudy and 77.  I was quite happy up there. I was surrounded by lots of birds, a couple frogs, too.

Great day!  And on top of everything I got to remember my Ma all through it.
