New morning, new week for me

It was hot this morning before it got hot.  The humidity all day was like a sauna.  Went to the rookery before work.  The kingfishers were having a blast, they were flying all over the place making a noise.  

The play reading was wonderful today.   So different a play than the last few and really interesting to watch with actors who are reading cold.  I truly find the energy exciting.  

Early this evening I drove over to the canal.  There were two heron there tonight.  The light was funky, but kind of interesting, lots of bright spots poking in and out of very large clouds.  

It's still hot and humid and my body is responding poorly to it.  It's itchy.

Have I mentioned to you lately, life is so fragile.
