Day 246

Almost fair time.

Got some fresh flowers for the table today at the Farmer's Market.  Harvest is in full swing and people are thinking in mass quantities again.

Addie is the new member of our Lava team.  

Took a ride up to the rookery this afternoon.  There were 10 ducks in the middle of the pond.  They are beginning to show their feather/gender differences.  The males are beginning to grow some white and black feathers. 

Went to the graveyard for sunset for the first time in a really long time.  Terry was beginning to wonder where I was.

May get rain I suppose.

Patrick is fixing up the porch, it looks really sweet tonight.  

So the new year has begun and I have to define my life again.  Routine is so damn important to my well being.
