I missed Trace's Birthday yesterday

Got tickets for Antenna Cloud Farm tonight.

The day was hot and humid and the atmosphere was full of smoke from the fires out West.  We brought a picnic full of little things we all love.  But I was afraid the sun was going to make it miserable.

There was enough of a breeze;  though I wished I had one of those hats.  I'm getting one next summer.

It was a beautiful evening.  

There were a few friends in the audience.  There was one whole family, three generations, I taught the 2nd generation at Gill 100 years ago, and I worked with Grandma at GCC 15 years ago.  

I really do want to spend more time photographing musicians.  I want a tutorial from Matthew Cavanaugh. There are some tricks to getting those fingers and facial expressions tied together in the same shot..  

I also have so many ideas for projects, but i don't seem to be able to focus on just one so I can finish it.  I'm sounding like a broken record.  I need to set an intention.
