Day 255
September 12, 2022
The start of a new week

Monday is over in a week that is very busy.  This week is the 2nd Annual Film Festival at the Lava Center.  Go to localaccess.org to get the schedule and find out how to get tickets.  I think it's going to be great.

I did a lot of looking up in the trees today.  There were a few Northern Flickers in the top of the rookery dead trees.  It also was very humid up there and about 79 degrees.  I took a tiny walk in order to photograph the plants.  There were paw prints on the side which I couldn't tell if they were deer or what.

My favorite spirit tree has a new spirit showing through the old crone.  I think its Ganesh.  A squirrel began to run up her and they blurred out.

Sat in the backyard around six tonight.  The sun was poking through both clouds and leaves.  No birds to speak of, don't know why.  I really want a bird feeder this winter right outside my new porch nook.  I think with a little help I will be able to sit out there for 3 seasons.

I would like to have a Sunday afternoon tea with some old friends before it gets too cold, but I have to get the rest of the porch cleaned up.
