Lovely ride today on a cloudy Fall day

They finished hanging the October show today.  It's really fun and interesting.  Lots of art that was done by people throughout the Valley at workshops at Art and Soul.  Come look.  

The rookery was 52 at 5 and it was really grey.  There were tiny brown birds in it.  Does the kingbird winter here.  He was dominating again after at least three months of being gone.  I want to make a winter bird chart from past journal entries and see who is coming back.

The horses were in their field, too, but I did see cattle.  I think they were further up the side of the mountain.

I didn't capture all of the sites I saw, but I caught this red in a moment's sun out the back window.
