Getting used to a smooth computer with joy.

How much more perfect can you get than this?

I don't think the cactus will be in full bloom by Halloween this year, but it is covered in buds.  Every year Cathy and I have followed the bloom development of our Christmas Cacti, never have they waited for December.

I cleaned up the 500 today and went into the hills to shoot with it.  I didn't do a lot of shooting, spent more time talking to someone I love by the rookery where it was 64 without a cloud in the sky.  So fantastic to bathe in.

I love these shots.  Tomorrow I'll take more.  I'll go to the canal and shoot some there and if I have time I will find a new spot.
